Michael Ha
Tenor
Biography
The South Korean tenor Michael Ha studied singing at the Hanyang University of Seoul, at the Musikhochschule Freiburg and at the Mozarteum Salzburg. He is a stependiate of the Richard Wagner Association and attended master classes of Margreet Honig, Mietta Sighele, Dame Gwyneth Jones and Rudolf Knoll.
After graduating in 2012, he was engaged in the ensemble of the Staatstheater Braunschweig. In January 2018 he sang at the UNIFEC Germany Gala in Cologne and later won a prize for the best interpretation of an aria in the context of the “XXXV. Riccardo Zandonai Competition” in Riva del Garda (Italy).
